Ceremony information

Sacred ceremony comes in many different ways to you for your healing. Some are with heat in the form of Temezcal or sweat lodge, some come from animal secretions, some in the form of plants, and others in the form of a drum circle, sound baths or dancing. No matter how a ceremony is calling to you for healing there are three main things in common.

Intention: Is the first and most skipped step when going into a ceremony. The intention sets the stage for how guidance will be received and how messages will be given to you. I have found small attainable steps lead to a bigger healing than one grand step.

Ceremony: This is the meat and potatoes of the process, where lines get tore down and information is allowed in, and where the messages are able to come in more clearly form your high self and the divine. The art of sitting, chanting, purging out old dense frequency to allow the new to be able to grow.

Integration: What you do following all the information and transformation to open the door for the new. How you contemplate what transpired, and bring in the physical changes so everything can become a part of your new healed life you worked so hard at during the ceremony.

More sessions leads to deeper more permanent ways to work through the ceremony process. You can choose to do a session before to work on intentions and the rest after or any way you're called to use them.

If this is your first time into a ceremony I suggest you use one session before and 5 once a week following. As you progress we can talk about a schedule as needed.
